Stellantis (FCA US, LLC) has released its sales figures for the first quarter of 2023, reporting a decrease of 9% compared to the same period in the previous year, with a total of 368,237 vehicles sold.
Despite the challenging market conditions in the automotive industry, U.S. Head of Sales, Jeff Kommor, said that FCA US is adapting to meet its customers’ expectations in collaboration with its dealer network.
Additionally, FCA US continues to see strong demand for its plug-in hybrid vehicles, with the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe ranking as America’s best-selling PHEV vehicles. The company is also preparing to introduce new electric offerings, such as the Alfa Romeo Tonale, whose production was recently announced, and the Dodge Hornet R/T, which is set to arrive in dealerships this spring.
